If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll do our best to make it right — whether that means answering your questions about the content or processing a refund depending on the situation.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns — Physical Books

To be eligible for a return:

The book must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You must request a return within 30 days after delivery.

If your item qualifies:

  1. Send a photo of the book and packaging to our support team.
  2. Once approved, we'll send the return address and instructions.
  3. After receiving and inspecting the return, we'll process a full refund of your order subtotal (excluding shipping).

Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be completed by your bank or card provider.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Digital Products — PDFs and E-Books

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all digital purchases including PDF guides, e-books, and digital course materials are non-refundable. By completing a digital purchase, you acknowledge and accept that digital goods are exempt from our satisfaction guarantee.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement or offer a suitable resolution.

A brief description of the issue. A clear photo of the damaged book and packaging.
